Hi, I'm Melissa Reynolds.
Hi, I'm Melissa Reynolds.
A Trusted Partner
for Your Emotional Wellbeing
I'm an experienced physiotherapist with over six years of clinical practice, including three years working in the NHS within a musculoskeletal setting. I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. I have a particular interest in lower back and lower limb injuries, and I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment.
My management style combines manual therapy, strength and conditioning, mobility programs, and, where appropriate, adjunct techniques such as dry needling, taping, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES).
I hold a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy degree (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with distinction (2018), both from the University of Cape Town. My most recent research was presented at the World Physiotherapy Congress in Tokyo 2025 and the European College of Sport Sciences Congress in Italy 2025.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through running, field hockey, swimming, netball, strength training and tennis—all of which give me valuable insight into treating sports-related injuries from both a clinical and personal perspective. I completed my first marathon in 2023 and recently competed in Hyrox London 24/25.

"Melissa has supported me through injuries on two separate occasions, and each time she’s been professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her expert guidance made a huge difference and gave me confidence through the recovery process." - James S
""Melissa is a fantastic physio for ACL rehab. I started working with her five months post-op and continued until month ten. She created a clear, progressive gym program tailored to my recovery, regularly adapting it based on detailed strength and agility testing. Each session was focused and productive, with clear goals for muscle strength and plyometric/agility progress. Melissa went above and beyond—even after my insurance coverage ended—offering great advice and referrals for on-field rehab. Highly recommend her for ACL recovery!" - Carla M.
" Melissa is fantastic. She took the time to listen and get to know me. She was compassionate, understanding both the physical and emotional toll that injuries can take on you. And she has the skill/knowledge to look at the foundational elements of my injury and build resilience back to racing conditions. I really appreciated her and her staff getting me through a tough season." - Evan W
